科学与工程计算中心2023年9月15日新用户培训通知
尊敬的用户：
为了更好服务用户，提高用户集群使用水平，避免因不合理提交作业导致机时浪费或等待时间延长，科学与工程计算中心计划对新用户采取先培训后上机策略。根据新开账户数量，计算中心预计未来将定期对新用户进行上机操作培训，帮助用户顺利上机并合理使用超算集群。具体培训时间可关注计算中心公众号（gh_7cd85ddedaf7）和用户通知邮件（ccse@sustech.edu.cn）。如有紧急任务需提前上机运算，可联系计算中心谢作扬工程师进行单独培训。（如果您计划参加此次本次培训，请回复院系姓名至本邮箱）
本次新用户培训采用线上会议形式进行(腾讯会议 ID：305 791 456 )，培训时间为 2023年 9 月 15 日下午16:00 至 17:20。培训内容暂定如下：
1、计算中心概况；
2、收费与折扣奖励；
3、费用查询与充值；
4、Linux基础；
5、集群配置情况；
6、作业管理系统；
7、软件列表；
8、上机规范与作业自查；
9、用户管理系统及工单。

Notification of CCSE New User Training webinar

Dear Users,
In order to better serve users, improve users’ knowledge in using clusters, and avoid wasting time or prolonged waiting time due to incorrect job submissions, CCSE will require new users to receive a training session before they could use the clusters. Based on the number of newly opened accounts, CCSE expects to regularly conduct new-user training sessions in the future to help users use the clusters properly and correctly. For specific training time, please pay attention to the CCSE WeChat public account (gh_7cd85ddedaf7) and user notification emails from ccse@sustech.edu.cn. If there is an urgent task that needs to be run on the clusters in advance, please contact Mr. Xie Zuoyang to arrange an individual training.
The upcoming new user training will be conducted online (Tencent Conference ID: 305 791 456 ). The training time will be from 16:00pm to 17:20pm on Sep 15, 2023. The training content may contain the following items:
1. Introduction of CCSE
2. Fees and incentives
3. Fees inquiry and recharge process
4. Basic knowledge of Linux
5. Introduction to the configuration of clusters
6. Cluster resource management system
7. List of available software packages of clusters and how to use them
8. The correct job submission protocol and job status check
9. Introduction of CCSE User Data Query System and Issue Tracking System
