The Center for Computational Science and Engineering (CCSE) will hold an training seminar at 14:00 pm on July 10, 2024. We will Invite Alibaba Cloud's senior solution architect to give a comprehensive introduction on how Alibaba Cloud's Model Studio (Bailian), a comprehensive AI model building platform, accelerates scientific research and learning. Topic: Exploring the last mile of large model application – Introduction and Practice of Alibaba Cloud’s AI model building platform
Introduction: Today, with the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, LLMs have penetrated in to subdivided industries. Scenario-oriented applications have become the focus of various industries. Alibaba Cloud has full-stack leading technology and product strength in terms of computing infrastructure, platform tools, and model capabilities to support diverse requirements in AI domain. Alibaba Cloud Bailian Platform is designated as a one-stop model building platform, aiming to empower enterprise users, scientific researchers, and individual developers to conveniently master complex models. It accelerates the development of AI models from R&D to application, from foundation model to full-senario adaption. It puts cutting-edge AI technology at your fingertips, providing teachers and students with more inclusive and convenient one-stop tool support capabilities.
In order to allow more university users to master the essence of fine-tuning and training of AI large models, Alibaba Cloud Bailian Platform joined hands with the Center for Computational Science and Engineering (CCSE) to launch this activity. The event shares Alibaba Cloud's capabilities in computing platforms and development tools with participating teachers and students. Based on Alibaba Cloud Bailian LLM service platform products, we will help students master the method of quickly creating AI Agents and provide case studies and explanations.

Qu Ben is a senior industry solution architect at Alibaba Cloud. He is engaged in business architecture design, informatization and digital upgrading in the manufacturing and energy fields. He uses the Internet of Things, big data and artificial intelligence technology to apply high-end manufacturing in the fields of research, production, supply, marketing and services.
